I take one client per month, so spots fill up quickly. Reaching out during your editing process means your design month is secured and waiting — so the moment your manuscript is ready, we can begin.

Is my manuscript ready for design?
Your manuscript needs to be fully edited before we begin — and I mean fully. Not "just a few tweaks left." Not "one more read-through."
Here's why: every design decision — from pagination to layout to spacing — is built around your final words. If the text changes after design, the whole thing needs to be rebuilt from scratch.
It's happened before. It's not fun for either of us. 😄
A good rule of thumb: if you're handing it to a professional editor for a final pass on typos and grammar — that's the moment to reach out.

How long does the process take?
Once we begin, here's a rough guide:
Signature — 4 to 6 weeks
Dreambound — 6 to 8 weeks
Soulprint — around 10 weeks
That said, every project moves at its own pace. The more aligned we are from the start — and the quicker the feedback — the smoother the journey. I build in space for revisions because great design is rarely a straight line.
What I can promise: I won't rush your story.
How does booking work?
It all starts with The Portal — a call where we explore your book, your vision, and the path to get you there. Together we choose the right package and secure your month.
Here's how it unfolds:

Book your month — Most clients book 1-3 months in advance, giving them time to finish editing while their spot is secured. A 25% deposit holds your month.

Prepare for the deep dive — Before we begin I'll send you a short creative workbook. Not homework — more like a conversation starter. The more I know going in, the deeper we can go together.

We begin — Your month arrives, your manuscript is ready, and we start with our Deep Dive call. From there, the journey unfolds.
​
A couple of things to know: your month can be moved once or twice if life happens. And your manuscript needs to be fully edited before we start — otherwise the timeline shifts for both of us.
How does payment work?
Investments are split into three payments to make the process feel manageable:
— 25% deposit to secure your month
— 25% when we begin
— 50% on final delivery
For Soulprint, a monthly payment plan is available — details discussed on the call.
All prices are in AUD. Payment plans are there because I want great stories to get the design they deserve — not to be held back by cashflow.
Why does it cost this much?
Honestly? Because this isn't just book design.
Most book designers will take your manuscript, pop a cover on it, paginate the inside, and move on to the next one. Fast, cheap, forgettable.
That's not what happens here.

I take one client per month. I read your manuscript. I go deep into the psychology of your story — what it means, what it's trying to say, what it needs to look like to stop people in their tracks. I bring years of design experience AND a background in holistic therapy and somatic work to every single project.
The result isn't just a beautiful book. It's a book that feels inevitable — like it couldn't have looked any other way.
That kind of depth takes time. It takes presence. And it takes someone who genuinely cares whether your story reaches the people it's meant for.
