• Full payment terms will be outlined before work begins

Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Supply content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner

• Communicate clearly throughout the project

Delays in communication or materials may affect timelines.

Creative Process

Design is a collaborative process.

While your input is valued, final creative direction remains aligned with the agreed concept and scope of work.

Revisions will be included as outlined in your project agreement.

Intellectual Property

Final design files are provided for your use once full payment is received.

Endless Trip Studio retains the right to:

• Showcase completed work in portfolio and marketing

• Credit the work where appropriate

Any fonts, stock imagery, or third-party assets remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

Endless Trip Studio is not liable for:

• Business outcomes, sales performance, or publishing success

• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

• Third-party platform limitations (e.g. Wix, printers, distributors)
